TexasHSFootball.com is relaunching its Player Profile Center and is adding some enhanced features throughout the entire section of the site's Player Profile Center. Below are some of the new enchancements you can see:
Graduating Class Pages
As part of the Player Profile Center relaunch, the addition of Class-specific pages and sections will allow for a focus on the student-athletes of each graduating class. Each class themed page will have the same features as all the other classes including a player of the week feature for each level of competition and each graduating class. Also included in each graduating class page, there is an update center on the latest college commitments and the latest player profile additions to the site.
Expanded Directory
Instead of just a simple directory of player profiles inside each classification section, the directory has been expanded to include all of the top prospects across the state, which are broken down by class and region. If a player has a profile on TexasHSFootball.com, it will be indicated in a light blue color code with a link to that player's profile. The top prospects list is gathered by information obtained directly from TexasHSFotball.com staff, the coaches, players and a few other sources. The directory is aimed at being one of the largest player prospect directories for Texas high school football players and is updated with new additions on a daily basis throughout the year, whether it is the off-season or during the season.
Player Profile Enhancements
With the relaunch of the player profile section, there are a couple of enhancements being made to the Player Profiles. Already being included, as they always have been, tale of the tape and the college interests. Links to the player's school page, THSFpedia Info page and other links are now included. Statistical Information along with news headlines and the awards and achievements are now broken down by year with easy to follow and read formats.
In My Own Words Series
Included on TexasHSFootball.com's Player Profiles will be the introduction of a brand new series called "In My Own Words", which is designed to help the student-athlete make their own case to the college recruiters and explain what type of player they are, why they should be considered for a roster spot at the collegiate level and just exactly in the player's own eyes what their strengths and weaknesses are. This feature is one that is a first of its kind on the many player profiles across the internet whether it is the top recruiting services or any of the big and major high school footbal sites. Therefore, it is a TexasHSFootball.com original feature. |
